This is Reckless Racing, and I'm guessing that is one of several racing games available for the iPhone, like 3D Dirt Bike racing.
This is quite amazing how graphics are as my source of flame "just shy of photo-realistic".You can see the steering wheel and throttling controls and the user can also use the accelerometer, if he or she desired. in short, it seems quite a fantastic game harkening back to old school arcades.
Reckless Racing is available on iPhone and iPod for $ 2.99, as well as the iPad per $ 4.99. There is also a version Android as well.
